ZeroSync Association is developing a Bitcoin scaling system based on STARK

On March 28th, ZeroSync Association, a Swiss non-profit organization established by Robin Linus, Tino Steffens, Lukas George, and others, will lead the development of a Bitcoin proof system, building a future with Bitcoin privacy, interoperability, and scalability.

It is reported that ZeroSync, based on STARK proof, will use the Cairo language created by StarkWare. ZeroSync will be rolled out in three consecutive stages, including Header Chain Proof, Hypothetically Valid Chain Proof, and Full Chain Proof. The first two prototypes have already been completed. ZeroSync Toolkit will also provide powerful tools for Bitcoin developers to apply zero-knowledge proof to their own products and services.
